Taken at Changi Beach, less than a day ago
(Had some awkward moments but nonetheless, I still enjoyed myself!)
P.S. Yesterday, I really wished I could take a boat trip to Pulau Ubin! I miss the place a lot. My JC days

I kill anyone who says that my nails are ugly or fugly, which ever (~.~) Kidding!!
The flowers are supposed to be lavender coloured (except for the thumb), not very clear here though.

This one’s the jigsaw puzzle that my Uni-mates gave me. Completed in a day, more precisely: 6 hours. Will get it framed and hung up in my bedroom. Hee! Now I feel like getting this 1014 pieces Osaka Castle landscape puzzle to do during my Chinese New Year 1 week break.
Once you start, you’ll never stop

And I know this is an outdated topic, but since my Bf insisted on me posting up the photos that I took during my 20th birthday dinner, I shall comply. Lol. Here are 4 pictures. We had dinner at Bosses Restaurent in Vivocity.

That plate of brown strands is actually shredded duck, it comes with this plum sauce? Tasted not bad. I love the dessert most. Hehehe, it’s almond jelly in coconut milk? Ok I can’t remember exactly
By the way, I hope you guys noticed the rice bowl? It’s “porcelein quilted”
Have a happy weekend! (Ok lah I know it’s only Thursday but I guess I might not be blogging for the next few days until Sunday. Hee!)
These are the few Shangri-La X’mas Stay photos that I’ve selected to upload here in my blog. There are some which have “yellow background lightings”, I didn’t edit them to correct the “yellowness” because I want my photos to reflect the true dim light settings of the hotel during night time.

I may not have excellent professional photography skills, but still, all these are taken from what I feel, are the best angles
Hope there are a few that you guys like.
My favourite is the last photo :]
Happy viewing these random 22 pictures that I’ve selected. All are shots of the huge & entertaining themepark:
Disneyland Tokyo =)
It was certainly one of the best days of my life! 17th November 2007
If I can remember correctly, I arrived there at around 10am and left the place at around 6pm. By 4pm plus, the sky already darkened (well because of the late autumn season). It was really a memorable day because it was beyond just going there to see the different funlands that they have, play for a day then buy souvenirs back. There was this emotional uplift and the delightful ambience dominated with happy tourists, disney music playing in the background, meticulously constructed themelands etc create feelings of pure satisfaction despite the exhaustion
I will go back there again! This time I hope that it’ll be with my friends or BF
Below is a map of the themepark, the place looks small but I tell you if you want to visit all the games/rides, you’ll need 2 full days ok? And after that, you’ll be more patient when it comes to queuing up. Haha, for your information, I queued for 45 minutes just to get on the 2 minutes Dumbo elephant ride. And I waited for 1 and a half hours before I could snap a shot with Mickey Mouse. But it was worth it
More information of the place here.
In this article blogged about 3 weeks ago, I mentioned about Haji Lane (5 minutes walking distance from Bugis MRT). And when I went there again last Saturday to get my bag, I took quite a number of photos of this place, so that I can do a pictorial post for this lane which is a rarity in our skyscrapper filled Singapore.
I hope you guys can have a good look at the photos that I’ve picked from the 30+ ones that I’ve taken altogether. They show the disparities, between a shabby street where most of us avoid going and the modern shopping malls that we spend most of our leisure time in. Well I guess from this experience, I learnt that you really can’t judge a book by its cover – good things are hidden, you got to dig them out, even in a place like this.
Enjoy the pictures!! I can’t snap photos inside most of the shops. So yeah, sorry about it!!
So? Want to go there and have a look at the place yourself?
Aloha!!
Presenting to you guys my new cloth bag from… don’t tell you all!!

It costs S$53. Yeah, pretty expensive huh? Anyway it was a gift from my BF *thanks!*
I chose this bag because the design is simple yet with a touch of orientness.
Ok next, I went to Azabu Sabu at Marina Square for dinner. I would certainly go back there again because the the food is really comparable to the authetic ones that I’ve savored last year in Japan, furthermore, the price is pretty affordable to me (though of course I can’t eat here every week!). I had Hotpot Chicken – S$18.80, my BF ordered Sabo Style Teriyaki Chicken – S$11.80 and we finished our meal with the Shira Kuri Mitsu dessert – S$8.80. One last thing, we didn’t have to wait aeons for our food even though the place was packed, so this gives me another reason to go back there!!

Had some difficulty pushing all the ingredients into the about-to-overflow pot. Look at the brim!

*drools*

It tastes exactly like the glutinuous rice ball. You are supposed to dip it into that black glass of honey before chewing it =)
Oh, and before you guys deduce the size of my appetite after seeing the large set shown above, I didn’t finish the entire Hotpot set myself ok!? I shared it him. So now you know the size of his appetite.
Ok fine, he doesn’t have a monstrous type of appetite lah, or else I think I would have been eaten up by him long ago.
News headlines: Girl engulfed alive by brobdingnagian appetite boyfriend.
Ok joking!
We then headed to Esplanade to catch the fireworks. I took 4-5 video clips of the show but I can’t seem to upload them so erm, too bad
Anyway, I think this picturesque photo is good enough to end my article
Hope you guys have a great Sunday! Remember to catch the Olympics closing ceremony tonight, I’ll be racing back home from Jap class which ends at 7:40pm -.-”

well it has been raining for the past few days.. unexpected rainfall in march..
march=spring
